You need JavaScript enabled to view it We moved to China Grove, NC, 8 years ago, from Ceres, CA, to be near family who came before us. We love living here and enjoy the history of the East Coast. As you can imagine, nothing is quite as old in CA except the Giant Sequoias! I attended Cerritos Junior College and majored in English and Criminal law, but obviously didn’t go into that field. I worked at a Reformed Church in America (Dutch Reformed to some) for 6 years, then a Lumber Company for several years, and then a Lutheran Church for over 12 years before moving here. I have 2 wonderful daughters and 2 grandchildren. My husband is disabled from a stroke, so life can be a “challenge” most days. We attend Crossroads UMC and have found it to be great for spiritual growth. Some of the nicest people in NC attend Central United Methodist and I’m very happy to be on staff and feel privileged to serve God with them. Back to Meet Our Staff |
