Yoga meets Mondays at 6:30 pm and Thursdays at 6:00 pm. Classes are taught by Shelley Spillios and Meg Irvin, both certified Yogafit instructors. Classes last around an hour. Everyone is welcome. Yoga is built on modifications that increase in difficulty as your strength and flexibility increase. Safety is enforced. We remember in each class that it is your class and to let go of all competition, judgement and expectations and do something good for our bodies. Exercise class takes place on Thursday mornings at 10:00 am. The class is a combination of stretching, low impact aerobics, light weight lifting and balancing. There is no floor work. Weights, abdominal work and some stretching is done in a chair. We welcome members, non members and guests to our classes.
